Barb's Wooden Spoon is dedicated to not only making great sandwiches but healthy sandwiches.  Our hamburger is 93% lean ground beef and our chicken is 100% chicken.  It's not shot with water or phosphates.  Our bread is made fresh daily and delivered from a local bakery and contains no perservatives.  All of our deli sides are homemade and, like our meats, contain no MSG or perservatives either.  All of our salads are prepared daily in the restaurant and are not prepackaged in a factory.  And we are a trans-fat free restaurant.
