Welcome To Barb's Wooden Spoon


Barb's Wooden Spoon is dedicated to not only making great sandwiches but healthy sandwiches.  We use only the best deli meats & cheeses from Thumann's Deli Best (www.thumanns.com ) and we slice them ourselves everyday.  Our hamburger is 93% lean ground beef and our chicken is 100% chicken.  It's not shot with water or phosphates.  Our bread is made fresh daily and delivered from a local bakery and contains no perservatives.  All of our deli sides are homemade and, like our meats, contain no MSG or perservatives either.  All of our salads are prepared daily in the restaurant and are not prepackaged in a factory.  And without being told to do so we are a completely trans-fat free restaurant.  We are sure you're going to enjoy your experience with us and we hope you will always remember it as a positive one.
